All the places we stayed and all the things we didi. Why don't you come with us on a tour?
Honeymooning in New Zealand
Sky Walk | 192 metres | Sky Tower | Auckland | Sanshine in New Zealalnd
If you haven't seen the tine world, then make sure you tell yourself it is from a point of no return baby. 192 metre high and 1 metre wide, a walking path is all you got. Sky Walk is as thrilling as it can be and Sky Jump is free fall but still controlled. Of course, after the highest bungy jump, sky jump looks mediocre. Give us a like for the courage. Sky City | Sky Tower | Auckland | Day 15 | Sanshine in New Zealand
We had planned to end the trip on a high, like really high. We went sky walking on the Sky Tower in Auckland and it was worth the wait. We explored the viewing decks and sky cafe, along with souvenir shop on the ground floor. That shopping experience was exciting as well. To end the day and for our final supper in New Zealand, we chose Gusto At The Grand, and it was indeed a grand Italian dinner. That night was not long, and soon we were on our way back home. These are tough times and as we all wait to see what exists on Earth beyond our reach, hoping for the best, it is important we stand together and be patient. Until we travel again, take care.
Cape Reinga | Northlands | Day 14 | Sanshine in New Zealand
This road trip was indeed a special one that took us to the edge of the world, in a way. Not only did we see the encounter point of Tasman Sea and the Pacific Ocean, we also stopped at the white Rarawa Beach, Giant Sand Dunes, Ninety-miles Beach and Coco-Cola Lake. If you are visiting Paihia, you must go to Cape Reinga.
Hole in the Rock | Paihia | Day 13 | Sanshine in New Zealand
While planning our trip to New Zealand, we were faced with this extremely difficult choice between the Bay Of Island and The Coromandel. We chose Bay of Islands so that we could go to the edge of the country. Watch out for our next video. This day, we went on a Dolphin spotting (none spotted thought), Hole in the Rock cruise, visited Haruru Falls from the back and enjoy our evening in Paihia.
Waiheke Island | Wine Tasting Tour | Day 12 | Sanshine in New Zealand
Another much-awaited tour within New Zealand was the Waiheke Island Trip where we visited three vineyards and each of them had their own charm. Our favourite being the Mudbrick Vineyard & Restaurant. The latter half of the day was spent walking around Auckland CBD and inhaling the Christmas Air. We hope you too had a wonderful Christmas. The Sky Tower in Red and Green was a sight to behold.
Wai-O-Tapu | Craters of the Moon | Day 10 | Sanshine in New Zealand
You know it is going to be a good day when you have something special planned. We started off with a walk in the Wai-O-Tapu Thermal Wonderland and visited Taupo. We went to the Craters of the Moon, another volcanic walk-about and explored the town centre of Lake Taupo. We were able to capture the best of the lake. How, you may ask. Tune in to our Instagram.
Tamaki Maori Village | Day 9 | Sanshine in New Zealand
Tamaki Maori Village is one of the best in business and on the list of Top Experiences in New Zealand. It was a pleasure participating in the Maori Culture and getting to know the ways of the Maori people. Our day, although started with a Mud Bath at the Hell's Gate and ended with a night treewalk in the Redwoods Forest, we were so inclined towards making a dedicated video of Tamaki Maori Village. If you ever go to Rotorua, you just cannot miss this.
Hamilton Gardens | Hobbiton Movie Set | Day 8 | Sanshine in New Zealand
North Island travel in New Zealand for us started with Hamilton Gardens and Hobbiton Movie Set in Matamata. We picked our care from Auckland Airport and made our stops on way to Rotorua. Hobbiton Movie Set is not to be missed; not at all to be missed if you are a LOTR or Hobbit movies fan. heck out our last day in South Island: https://youtu.be/GpGAa9Ko_1A
Christchurch | Shamarra Alapacas | Akaroa | Day 7 | Sanshine in New Zealand
Alapacas are so cute that all you want to do is take them home. Our Day 7 was marked by this highlight of visiting world's most popular Alpaca farm, 'Shamarra Alpacas', their wool is softer that regular sheep wool with no odour. Enjoy the video.
